  Physical Fitness And Health

        Now these days physical fitness and health become necessary in our life. Without fitness and good health no one can not survive for long fairy of time. Now these days people are paying so much attention on physical fitness and their heath
Because it increases our efficiency and effectiveness which helps to perform different different task or work in best manner.
        Physical fitness and health can be adopt by the good rest,excercise and nutrition. It also increases the life span of the person.fitness and good health is very profitable for the person that's why people
are following daily routine to to gain fitness and health
        

      Here we can see two things (i) Physical fitness and (ii) Health.

(i) Physical fitness

         Physical fitness means  how much your body is fit means ability to carry out daily life activities or carry out the daily life function and task.physical fitness comes from daily nutrition, daily exercise,good habits and complete rest etc.
 
      Physical fitness is considered a measure of body ability to function efficiently and effectively in the work.Now a days physical fitness is compulsory but mental fitness is also compulsory. Both plays important role in our life.
Mental fitness means fitness of mind in performing any type of task but not any physical task.                                                

(ii) Health.                                                   

      According to world health organization (WHO) health is  " a state of complete physical ,mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity ".

Accordingly to this statement means that health may be defined as the ability to adopt the manage physical , mental and social challenges through the life . At last we all know that heath is the wealth of nation.
